Day 2 of turning my life upside down

Is 111 days enough to turn your life 180 degrees?

Yesterday I did some math that made me realize that I have 112 days to flip my life upside down. So here’s what I did in order to start working towards that goal

  • Edit 2 out of the 15 galleries that I have to deliver in the next week
  • File my taxes – I’ve never filed them myself I’ve always hired someone to do it, so that felt amazing to finish! (It did take me 4.5 hours. AND now that I’ve done it once I know better on how to organize things in the future
  • Completely reorganize the living spaces – was this one strictly necessary? No. But it does feel a lot better to have everything in the places where they belong and can be easily found and put away. I was struggling to concentrate sitting at my desk and having everything al around me. In my old house I had my own office, but in the new space I have my desk in the bedroom and it just was not flowing. Now it feels much better.
  • Finished a garden project that’s been on my “want to do list” for weeks and I felt like I deserved a little break for having finished my taxes!

Tomorrow will be 110 days, and I my goal is to get 1/2 of all my outstanding galleries edited!

I’m also thinking about how I’m going to organize expenses/receipts in the future and I’m considering buying a hobonichi cousin specifically to keep track of finances , but they’re $65 is that overkill?
